beaks kit + progress rear sway bar

was wondering if a beaks kit will work with a progress rear sway bar and apexi world sport exhaust.

Really,even on the one that doesn't have the little lower tie-bar that comes with it? I was planning on buying the progress bar and was uncertain if i needed the beaks kit still. Thanks in advance.
