F22a1 :o on the dyno
Well I figure the engine should be broken in( or mabee it is broken) pretty well by now, So I ran on over to the newly found local dyno. I first arrive to a chevy truck with swamp wheels, a lift kit, and a small v8, it puts out 165hp 270lb-tq. Next my friends 97 vette with intake, tb, catback, he runs 340hp 350ft-lbs
He has a crazy cam and heads to throw on it, can't wait. And for me, not too bad
std horsepower 131.9
std torque 141.2
sae horsepower 128.3
sae torque 137.7
over 125 ft-lbs sae from 2,600 to 5,400
Filter on a stick, DC header wraped, random tech high flow cat, pacesetter rusty exhaust, clutchmaster clutch and flywheel. O and 175,000+ miles
will post pics as soon as possible

yes, i would love to see the pix... always been curious how the cam profiles/torque curve of the f22b1 are. Import Tuner has the F22B2 in their 3rd issue (well a rough ideal of how they are).

This is nice to see. I just got my adjustable FPR and I am getting my F22A1 dyno tuned in another week, the shop is getting ready for SEMA and can't do it this week
. I will post mine when I get them. At least now I have some actual numbers to shoot for/beat.
