jast get these if you don't want to replace motors and you want preventative maintenance
MOC Silicone Spray
Dow Corning 111 Valve Lubricant and Sealant
Then apply here:
-aoib0t, who had someone do it
for the red areas, make sure you use the little straw thingy.

I'm not positive.. but it looks (to me) like in the pictures your front bumper color is a little off.

for those w/ s-l-o-w windows just get any silicon l00bricunt and spray generously into the red areas; way in the back where the window slides. After you do that tyr to get some Dow valve l00bricunt and apply generously w/ your fingers along the yellow areas.
What's happening is the the ruba is all dried up and causing t00 much friction against the glass. Once you do these two steps, da windows will slip and slide better than new

w00 h00, #234 is 99% done after scrambling to get all sorts of chit worked on *whew*
Much thanks to Darin @ West End Alignment for staying late tonite, even though he had plans to cut out early
