jdm dohc vtec h23a?
I've been searching for an accord euro-r h22a to swap, and I came across this from Osaka Motors (osakajdmmotors.com), heres what he said:
"your looking for the the h23a i believe,.... its 2000$ 220 hp 180 pounds"
Then I asked if it was the usdm prelude si engine, with 160 hp/156 tq
"no you are thinking of the USDM... there is a JDM h23a DOHC vtec model looks
identical in looks to the h22a but has a blue valve cover."
Can anyone verify that this engine exists? Thanks in advance.

The H23A DOHC VTEC does exist. It is "only" rated at 200ps, not 220ps. It is available only with an automatic transmission and only available on Accords. I believe it may have actually only available in the Accord SiR Wagon. It does have a blue valve cover, and the block stamp is "H23A".

The Blue Valve Cover Also appears on the F20B (destroked H22a), the Accord SiR and SiR-T models
Where does the H23a VTEC make peak power?
