Default anyone try ITR cluster on

I was about to buy an itr cluster yesterday for my teg and tried it out first, everything works fine in it except the speedo is stuck at 60km and it won't go lower and the gas readings is off

as far as I know an itr cluster should mount on a integra gsr? or is this cluster shot
for 120cdn it seemed like a good deal...

you have to take out the gauges from the ITR cluster and put it in the backing from your orignal cluster. (just a bunch of screws: easy to do)

I was under the impression that the itr cluster would mount right in without hassle

Mine works fine in my LS except for the fuel gauge....it hasn't worked since I put it in 3.5 years ago

But it does look alot nicer....and yes the wiring is different.

i think OBD1 cluster work with OBD1 clusters only and OBD2 with OBD2. either that or 94-97 are interchangeable and 98-01 are interchangeable. but yea, it isnt that hard to remove the individual guages from the ITR and put them on your stock cluster

if u have a 98+ integra u'd have to get a 97+ cluster.. and it's not plug and play..

u'll have to use ur stock cluster backing(white skeleton part).. its a bit easier to swap the gauges (instead of swapping the green circuit board) and pull of the lil blue bulb caps and swap the light holes(seatbelt, abs etc.) on the bezel..

I have a '96 ITR cluster in my '94 GSR and it has worked for more than 2 years without any problems. But my car is JDM so that might be the difference

You have to switch the white piece with the one off your stock bezel, you also have to switch the itr gauges & carbon fiber piece with your stock one. So that your stock white piece has the itr gauges & carbon fiber. It will still light up amber after. I had to do this to mine. You might want to do this with a friend...so that while you are doing one your friend can do the other one at the same time, that way when it comes to swapping the gauges you can do it one at a time and they wont get damaged.

Remove the screws.....theres 3 of them.....pointed to in red

Separate the pieces by pushing down & in on the lil black pieces.....theres 8 of them.....pointed to in blue (you might want an extra pair of hands for this).

Remove the gauges (one at a time) cautiously, try not to touch the faces. ?I circled the groups of screws for each gauge.....in purple

And just do the opposite to replace everything. I don't think i left anything out. I did mine awhile back....so you never know...lol. Hope this helps.

i had a similar problem not long ago with a 2000 jdm cluster in my 98 GSR. fuel and temp gauges wouldn't work, cruise control indicator was always on, when i used CC the maint req light came on. all i did was switch out the green film on the back, NOTHING else. Now everything works fine.
