98 d16y8 12psi stock internals full interior vafc-hack....still much thanks to VTC_CiViC , the one who introuduced me to boost!

Hey Eric whats up man, Im sure you know this but with the same setup, I ran a 9.1 @ 80 mph in the 1/8 and the EXACT same intercooler . Just swap your 17's out for set of stockies and lower the pressure and see why your boost is leaking or whatever is happening, oh by the way when i get my crx back ill give you a ride and let you see some REAL HONDA POWER MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

My boost drops also. But I heard it was because my exhaust has a bad leak in it. Never fixed it and I haven't ran it lately. When was the last time you did your valve lash? Do you have colder spark plugs? Is your BOV go off easily? Try tightening your BOV more. That way it will hold more boost. I've seen a CX with my exact same setup but interior dumped and he ran a 13.5 on street tires.

Well here's my specs....I know I could've done better. My tires only had 8psi, which was too low for my drag radials. And our ghetto *** track doesn't have an air pump.

1991 crx SI, 95 EX motor stock bottom/stock head. Starion intercooler, pieced together piping, XS BOV, Greddy turbo kit.

13.78@102 mph 1.89 60ft on lensos/22 inch slicks BEST
13.89@102 mph 1.90 60ft " "
13.90@101 mph 1.91 60ft " "

clutch started to slip seriously after 3 runs on 8 psi running really rich 110 octane fuel and no VTEC engagement (fields VTEC controller crapped out)

Oh dude im not sure when ill be getting the rex back, but the shop is wanting my intercooler piping and I cant get it down to louisville anytime soon. But I have a video of me running the 1/8 mile and getting that 9.1 @ 80 Mph, roughly 14.1 or .2 at maybe close to 100 mph. Hit me up and ill show you whats up, oh, I just had an insight, maybe those 4 doors are putting a damper on the times due to the weight, but it couldnt be by that much. As the crx only weighs, 1974 w/o me . Late
