what are the differences between '00 '01 '02 S2000?

 

there are too many for me to tell you.....

one big change is 2000 had a plastic rear window. the newer models have glass.
the 00 also didnt have tweeters, the newer ones do.

- updated driver's side power window relay
- Minor wiring routing changes
- Notably: integrated wiring for optional hardtop
- 2nd gear syncros updated (Did you know there are three!)

MY2002
- Glass Rear window
- Suspension modifications
- Softer shocks
- Smaller anti-roll bars
- Stiffer springs
- Addition of tweeters
- Matching interior vinyl to interior color
- Silverstone discontinued
- Chrome accents exterior, interior
- Larger H-Badges
- relocation of horn from front of car to engine bay
- bronze tint added to the standard alloy wheels
- Sebring Silver color available
- Speedometer is more accurate
- Dyno ~7hp more at the wheels (unsure why?)
- leather wrapped shift ****
- clutch/pressure plate updated
- Aluminum dead pedal
- Vinyl center console cover
- Suzuka Blue color available

That was all I could remember off the top of my head for these three model years.

2002 also saw the addition of Suzuka Blue Metalic. 2003 brings the return of Silverstone.

 

and in 2003 the addition of the White exterior/Beige interior combo

 

This applies only to Canada:

2003: Getting red, black, silver, and WHITE
2002: Had red, black, silver, and blue
2001: Had red, black, silver, and limited edition yellow
2000: Had red, black, silver
