This is a Accel Dfi Fuel Management Stand Alone. The stand alone is good for all motor or turbo set-up's. It comes with the ecu and wiring harness. The only you thing you will need to buy is the CD-rom to use it. But as you can see on the picture. the harness has been cut in half. But im pretty sure you can extend it to use it. ($400.00.)
