Default FS Spoon Sports Coilovers!

These are the same dampers that Spoon uses on their cars in Japan. They are quite rare here in North America and personally I only know of a few people who are using them

If there are more Showa users!! Please speak up!

They are built by Showa to Spoon's specs. Steel bodied, Short stroke, 5 way adjustable and includes hard top mount bushings.

Please do not tell me these dampers are no better than X brand out there. I'm not here to try and sell to you if you feel that way. If you don't like them or feel they aren't worth it.... your comments are not needed.

I am in the market to sell to those who know what these dampers are and can appreciate what they can do. JDM Bling...sure if you want to call it that.... I have tried quite a few dampers on the market and I am very happy with these ones....they ride exceptionally well even with 18/16 rates on less than perfect conditions.

So why am I selling? I made an impulse buy and would like to continue driving my car....I am selling these to purchase insurance for next year.

I have already sold the springs and the dampers are the only things left (includes tophats)

I am asking 1350USD obo plus shipping for them. Questions are welcome!

Lastly, I have about 10000 KILOMETERS of driving on them and they have never seen a Canadian winter. They were removed well before the 1st snowfall.

The price reflects their condition.

Feel free to ask whatever else I wasn't clear upon....I'd be happy to provide more info to the best of my ability!

The spring rates I was using was actually Spoon's recommeded TRACK setup and since I don't really drive my car that often (57k KMS in 5yrs) it really didn' t bother me that much.

Quoting what Ichishima Spoon president said (loosely translated ofcourse)

"Any HIGH quality damper, even with high spring rates will give you good ride quality."

Obviously the lower rates you go, the better it gets (ride comfort). My friend's 10/8 + Spoon Coilovers is butter on the street.

Nerbie my man....here's two back for ya !!

itr-j: I barely used these coilovers and the pictures don't lie.... there are a few scratches here and there from rocks hitting them, but what more can I say? Cheers!

These dampers came off a DC2-R....and thus is intended only for cars which can use the "ITR" or "JDM" LCA!
