OK, so here's the deal. After the install was complete this past Wednesday, I fired it up for the ECU to reset itself for 2 minutes. It started fine, but the CEL came on immediately. So I turned it off after letting it reset itself, and fired it up again. I then revved it to see what would happen. At 3,000, it cuts out, and won't rev any higher. Almost like I'm hitting the rev limiter, but at 3,000 instead of 9,000 .........
So I get on here, and ask what the issue could be and people tell me that there was a bad batch of computers, and that this was the same symptom they had with theirs. So they say get in contact with Vortech, and they will replace the timing computer as soon as they can. And then you can re-hook the wiring back up, and then the car will run to about 6,000 or so.
So I pull the computer on Friday, but only had enough time to do that before work, couldn't hook everything up to see if this is the problem. This weekend (today) I re-connect all the spliced wiring to make it run like stock again (with the V-AFC still hooked up the way it was - I installed it a few weeks ago, and it worked fine with it before the SC install, so don't think it has anything to do with the VTEC controller). Fire it up, two minute re-learning period, restart it, same damn thing. Engine cuts off at 3,000 rpms ...........
Obviously it seems now that it wasn't a timing computer issue. Since the timing controller is out of the equation, I triple check all the wiring again, and everything is hooked up right, and I still have the issues ......
What the hell can be wrong with it???????? I followed the directions to the tee, and made sure to even get the three yellow wires that they didn't say in the directions (but did show on the wiring diagram) exactly where they were supposed to go.
I'm at a total loss .......... it has been two weekends now, and the car still isn't running right. I can't even figure out which code it is throwing because unlike the Civic's and Integra's I've worked on, the S2K doesn't flash any patterns to let you know what code you are throwing???
I'm looking for ANY kind of suggestions, or any answers anyone can give. The owner has been very patient, but I don't think that will last much longer .......
PLEASE, anyone with any suggestions, let me know .....

Check http://www.s2ki.com "Under the Hood" section. There's a number of knowledgeable people on that site who have experience with forced induction for the S2000.
