well, right now i have a sale pending with him and he hasn't been responding to my emails, AIMs, posts, IMing here

 

damn i was really wishin this would go though...im talkin to him on aim right now...he says we can write up a contract for the sale...anyone ever done this?

it will contain his name address phone number and stuff along with my info...it will say i will pay him 600 in exchange he will give me skunk2 cams, brand new never used or installed blah blah...just to make official so i have proof that he is supposed to deliver me the items

what do you guys think?

 

id get a copy of his driver license and make him hand sign it if you really want it to be official and get it notorize

But if hes gona deliver it to you, then just get a written document w/ his siganture of agreement for what the contract is written for

my advice: if something is telling you that the seller is shady, STOP. there's always a reputable seller or business that will NOT rip you off. there's already people telling you to watch out for this one, so i'd say if you go ahead and you end up getting scammed, i wouldn't exactly feel sorry for ya. buyer beware!

I have sold many things on this board and have never had any criticism or complaints (tonysparks is the first and last).....go ahead, check my recent topics and all my archived topics they speak for themselves....
-unfortunately, I sent out a NEW set of wings west side skirts to tonysparks and he hasnt received them yet ( it was a little over a hundred for BOTH SIDE SKIRTS shipped "that is extremely cheap" and it cost me almost half of that to send them to him)...they WILL be arriving at his residence shortly and I emailed him regarding the matter and all I can ask is for his patience...
-for the other two thread contributors, I suggest you do a little bit of research concerning my history on this board!

sir2ef-8 , seems to me like this ONE minor incident with tonysparks is ruining the rest of his transacitons. that transaction sounds like it is pending and i would not be hesitant to buy from this guy, i live in so cal and have bought some wheels from this guy(16"ssr). It went smooth and fast. i got exactly what was stated. check his ht status.100% i think last time i checked.

p.s. most people out there who are trying to jack others' money aren't really willing to write a contract and spend time with a customer to work things out.if i was a theif i would not even go through with the trouble and just try to jack someone who is more naive.

all that above is not familiar to me at all

the issuse isnt how cheap you are selling a new product, its if you sent them or not

i have IMed you a few times w.o a response the past few days - if you did send them an email responding to my IMs would have been good

i do not know if u have emailed me back since friday because i havent checked my email
