Apex'i N1 Type R 99 spec dampers on an R?
How good are these dampers? Are they better than most dampers or suspension setups on the ITR? What settings would you recommend on street and track? I know they are fully adjustable ride height and stiffness. How do you adjust ride height? Thanks.
i have them....i dont exactly know the height setting on my car...but the cap between the tire and the fender is about 1.5"
i have the damper setting to +10 all around...basically i turn the **** to the right 10 times.
I like the settings now...but for track, i turn the **** 13 times...which is the highest for damper setting.

well i just got my Apexi WS coilovers installed, and i really like them. even though they arent damper adjustable, like the N1. they ride very close to stock ITR susupension but a lil stiffer.
i was looking into Tein and Zeal coils but i like these. not as expensive also
I have the N1's on as well. Only problem I see is depending on track usage, the spring rates are not very high...11k up front, 5k in rear.
thanks for the replys but all my questions are not answered. can anyone tell me how to adjust the ride height and are these dampers better than most other setups? thanks

I have them on my car too....IMO I think that's better than a lot of dampers like TEIN.....and it can be set for very comfortable....and very stiff.......
and there has 33setting for the damper...and I set my car for clockwise 18 at the front and 15 at the rear.....for the street.....
I also lower the car to left one finger for the front and rear.....
but I don't think that's enough hard for track.....coz their spring only 11k front and 5k rear.......but if for track...it better set it to clockwise 31 at the front and 29 at the rear.....
