can these things get really slippery in winter? will all the snow and slush and all got stuck on the shoes?

Just an interesting tidbit for you.. you'll notice that those stock rubber pedal covers are the same on all Hondas from like 1982 until now. So you have a lot of cars to choose from if you want to steal that piece.
