Default Cleaning Seats - Not the Alcantara, the Middle Section

I tried a search on this topic, no results.

I'm looking for tips on cleaning the cross-woven fabric midsection of the ITR seats. My driver seat, near the steering wheel especially, is in need of cleaning pretty bad. It looks almost white in the little holes of the fabric, if you know what I mean. I wear blue jeans almost exclusively, suppose its lint from those. The seats have seen no cleaning solvents or chemicals in 2 1/2 years, and look good considering that, just the front area of the driver seat that I want to do something about.

I just use vacuum and if there are stains I would use warm water and soap.
