The time has arrived guys. I post up stuff about this header a while back and had many people messaging regarding the release date as well as the dyno sheet. Well, we got a shipment for 30 headers and rether than doing the groupbuy (which you have to wait for people). I'm just going to go ahead and offer a special price of $350 plus shipping (retail is $395). Now to shabby for a 4-1 header from japan right? There are two sizes for the heder. what does kos stand for ....

 

Corporal-Jeff: Will these headers(mild set-up) be a direct fit on a 2001 integra gsr?
What kind of finish is that on the header? stainless steel or chrome? Are they 50 state emissions legal?....

We named it after a good friend of ours who passed away two years ago. His last name is KOSS. There weren't any meaning to it really but couple of friends of ours start calling it King Of Street so that's what it stands for now

(1)No 4-1 header will be direct bolt-on. Need to mod your exhaust to fit it (cost like 20 bucks from any muffler shop)
(2)We have two kinds of finish, melt steel and stainless. Unfortunatlly...we only have stainless this shipment.
(3)50 state legal? On the paper? no..but would you pass it w/ the header? I did and I live in jersey

I have the JDM 4-1 on right now with a 2.5" carsound cat, will this bolt up to that cat without modification? (i.e., are the pipes before the collector the same length as the jdm 4-1?

 

yup. you won't have any problem bolting it up

Look just like a copy of jdm 4-1..but for the price you pay ($395 retail) and mostly performance which we tested and it outperform spoon header. Now...your point is?

just thought I would give a performance report on the K.O.S. header.... It definitely made a noticable difference in the top end power of my car during the Lowes ECHC races.... the car really felt stronger than ever before.... I give it a "thumbs up"

My previous races were run with a DC 4-1 header. Engine is a B18A LS motor with mild head work and moderate cams. She pulls strong now!
