How much did you spend on your B20 swap???
Just wondering how much everyone spent on there B20 swaps.
I was wondering because I am thinking about either doing that or going the H22 route. I already have an H22 out of my Prelude so I was thinking, if it wasn't too much then I will just put that in, but if it is between $2,000 and $2,500 for the B20 then I will just go with the B20. Let me know what you guys think I should do.

normally..you can pick one up from 800~1000 (I sell 'em for 850 when I have 'em in stock) and s1 tranny is around 200~400, ecu is like 50~200 (90~91 teg), motor mount and blah blah blah..if you doing the route by yourself..it'll cost you 2000~2500. h22 swap will cost you 2500+ even if you have the swap

Even a basic B20 swap will cost more than $2000 once you factor in the cost of the motor, transmission, mount kit, ECU, intake manifold assembly, etc. And if you go CR-VTEC, the cost increases. If you want a RELIABLE CR-VTEC, the cost flat out skyrockets. And only a properly built CR-VTEC could ever be the least bit competative with an H22A. Even though I own a B20 and think it is a great motor, the H22A is better.
honestly...I love rex's but I wanna just put a b16...even tho everyone else has one...then I'm gonna turn my car into a track car and get a Teg...then do a B20/VTEC Turbo...
