I am researching purchasing a lightweight flywheel from toda, my question is what clutch cooperates well with a toda flywheel.

many clutches work with flywheels.

if your looking for suggestions i would suggest a exedy clutch ...maybe organic face...sprung.

one thing i wouldnt suggest is getting a unsprung clutch disc or a heavy pressure plate.

Screw the Toda flywheel - get the 2+ lb lighter flywheel from Comptech. Then get a Clutchnet Kush-Lock clutch and MaXX Xtreme pressure plate. Total combo will be within 1 lb of the ATS carbon clutch system and about $1000 cheaper.

 

Get a Toda complete clutch kit. All the parts will be balanced together to have no vibrations. I don' t think any other company offers this balancing service of their clutch and flywheel.

 

I have the TODA flywheel and the full-faced clutch and I have NO complaints
what-so-ever.

 

I've got the toda clutch, not worth it in my opinion. It worked good for a couple of weeks. It grabbed really hard in all gears and felt really good. Now it just feels like stock. save your money....
