if you get shocks it wont be as a bouncy but its still gonna be a little rough
I like the way my teg rides with them.
I have them on my DA with the koni yellows adjusted to 1 turn all the way around with ES shock bushings.
It is definately more stiff than stock, but it doesnt bounce and I like knowing I can feel everything in the road. It keeps me in tune with whats going on on the road.

If you lower your car with skunk2's using your stock shocks...you're going to be thrown around like a rag doll.
My setup: 400F/500R with KONI 8041 shocks revalved front
and back, shortened 1.5 inches (3/4 off the rod and 3/4 off the body)
from Truechoice... the ride is like stock except over
potholes or through construction sites. The handling is unreal. The shocks do not bottom out, but the chasis can... so I still need to use some sense over speed bumps and ramps.
Currently the front is lowered 2-1/4 inches and the rear is 2 inches... no tire gap.
For autocross I'd raise it ~1 inch for more travel... also consider that I do this with my car already having shortened shocks.
Just drive sensibly and you'll be fine.

My skunks ride good, your going to be bouncy no matter what you get, i suggest getting some better shocks if you dont like the ride.
Even with shocks, the skunks seem to be really bouncy.
yes... all the SKUNK2 perches can hold 2.5 in springs... I suggest you get a 8 inch height, 2.5 inch diam for the Eibach as opposed to the 7 spring height for SKUNK2s... IMHO 7 inches is too short.
Ground Control can get custom rates and sizes for you... if your not sure tell them what your trying to achieve and they can make a suggestion if you ask for it.

I got skunks and they ride really rough... I regret not getting Ground Controls...anyone who lives in NYC, going down the FDR or Canal St or anywhere on the east side can be brutal!!!
I can imagine if I was in Cali it wouldn't be so bad though
