Looking at the pros and cons of the ZC engine, and the biggest complaint I have seen is the availability of both aftermarket and OE parts.

Say I'm stranded on the side of the road. Alternator went out, and dizzy cap is f*ed... WTF do I ask for when I go to work? If I need anything, would it all come out of like an 89 Integra LS? Or what? I had an interchange list for my B16a CRX, but haven't seen one for the ZC's... Does anyone have a list of what parts from what cars fit a 89 ZC'd HB?

most parts are interchangeable between the '88-89 integra and the '88-91 si. distributor would come from an '89 teg and alternator from an si. there are plenty of sites on the internet that contain this information.

When I replaced the alt. on my ZC I just used a 92-95 SOHC Alt. It jhad the same plugs and everything. Basically everything from a 89 Integra will work. When I did the tune up I had Autozone look up all the parts for a 89 teg and everything fit.

What about valves? Has anyone found any stainless steal valves for the ZC? springs and retainers would be good too!!!
