Actually, I've never seen a JDM conversion in person. I guess us east coasters don't get as much of the import world as you do. I'm sure I'll see some cool *** **** at the Nopi Nationals this year....

i've only seen one on the road here in Colorado too.
the JDM front is a classic, & will never get played out...unless the riceboys start buying a 3,000 kit + installation & paint

wow id never thought a stock OEM honda front end would be 'played out' in peoples mind.... maybe its the fact that thousands of integras have this front end on them... its cool im getting tired of my doors on my 94 Civic Cx.. i think they are played

i'd rather get the one piece race only front end from an integ and cut holes for your stock headlights

I think It looks awesome and I would add it too my GSR if I found it for really cheap. It seems to be played out on the internet forums and whatnot, but in real life I haven't seen one conversion in Augusta. I'm sure in SoCal or somewhere where the import scene is really really popular that is a totally different story.

I think that if the US got the JDM front end and Japan got the USDM front end, everyone in the US would be drooling over the USDM front end just because it is "JDM". Another factor that makes the JDM front end so popular is that it shows you're wealthy or you don't have any better places to spend your money. I personally do like the JDM front end, but i also like the '98-'01 USDM front end just as equally.
