read somewhere that 92-95 front lips fit on EFs. is this true?

 

yeah, with modification. I have seen a EF9 with a EK(96-00) front clip also, now that looks sick. The hood,fenders,headlights,and front bumper. Just get it all from a wrecking yard and your all set.

here's a 2000 front end on a crx, it's a friend of mine named chris. I think it looks so dope. the headlights fit the whole shape of the car nicely.

 

Do you have any side shots of that? I would like to see the profile of the car. I kinda like it.

.not hard at all...what we did was where it folds under, where it would usuall connect to the bottom of the bumper we cut that in a a few places to give it some play as far as forming to the CRX squareness. as you know the Eg's are a bit round. then after we did that i put it on with a few black screws..and thats that. i've been rocking this lip for about a year, used to have it on my civic (r.i.p.) for about 3 yrs before i got a WW bumper

 

that front conversion is sooo sick, i wanna do that to my 91 si!!!! how do i do it?

 

hah i've seen that conversion in person it looks good from the front but it looks like the rest of the car shrunk....

It looks a lot nicer than stock, that's for sure. I am going to someday have a EK9 front clip on my EF9. For those who think it doesn't match the rest of the EF8 body, it looks a little better with the EF9.

 

How much bending is needed of the lip, if not much that gives me an idea.

what did you do as far as the fenders go. Did you do the 1/2 crx fender and the 1/2 civic fender or no? You and your friend should do a write up on this, i think it looks pretty sick. Did everything else pretty much jsut bolt up?
