Rear wiper is gone:)
Finally got around to removing my rear wiper, after seeing how clean it looked without itand I never used it anyway. I had to special order the parts, the plug and bolt, from the local Honda dealer and payed $23 I believe. A Few days later I picked up the parts and got busy. After realizing I needed to remove the large plastic trim piece in the rear hatch, and not the small one which I ended up busting one of the fastners while trying to remove, the install was a breeze. I took a bunch of pictures incase someone was thinking about doing the same thing. Enjoy, Ryan
Heres the wiper motor and bracket removed
Some washers I picked up at Lowes for $.83
From the inside of the hatch

Once I started it took about 30 minutes. The motor, bracket, and actual wiper arm weighed maybe 3-4 lbs. It was fun working on the car, though it was about 105 heat index while I was doing it, damn Virginia summers.
I like this idea though. ps. How long did it take you?
Isn't the rear wiper useful? It would be over here in Canada.......
I hear RainX or whatever it is called works really well to "slide" rain off of windows.

Chris I was going to do this over the summer break as well. If you go the Acura dealer let me know, since I may want to get these as well. I hear it only takes about a half hour.
