I read on the website that the type H BOV is designed for cars with 10-25psi...what if we are only running 7 or 8?

Sorry dude, but Summit has them for $132.95! If you're going to offer a group buy, you should give people a better deal!

well honestly I don't think I want an extremely loud bov...i don't wanna scare women and children away I was going to get the blitz one but that thing is crazyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy loud on high boost (heard it on a friend's dsm). I've heard the vortech bov on Jason's Si (SiRacer on csi) and it sounds like the tuned down version of it. I've been told its been good up to 18-20 psi's...i think it was either impo or inline pro that uses them also...

I would gladly pay the extra money to buy a product from Viren. The last time I ordered something from summit the guy actually said "Ok sir that's going to be another seven dollars to put that in a box so we can ship it" I have purchased a few items from VS Racing and so far the service and prices have been unbeatable. I'm actually offended that you would post a link to a site with a cheaper price. He can't very well take a loss on the sale of a bunch of bov's. Obviously there is a market here on H-T for this item and Viren is providing a secure way for people to get what they want. Have you ever returned things to summit because they are not exactly what you thought it was? Sorry to rant but keep quiet until you have been here longer!
