hello, this is starting to drive me crazy.

2000 integra ls. Somone broke into it and cut the ecu out.
Got a new computer but trying to get it to run obd1 first.

have code 15, tested the coil, passed, tested he icm and it fail, got a new ICM and still code 15. checked all the fuses, all good.

Any ideas?

useing obd1 to bypass the immoblizer till i get it running then ill flash the new p75 with a key.

I wired in gsr plugs for the computer, all of it seems to be hooked up correctly.
have voltage to the dissy, have 5v signal as well, still not spark.

help please!

what are you saying? i should pull the dissy and rotate it 180?
why would that cause it to not spark? it would'nt start sure, but spark?
