its the vibrant 9" long race muffler. the exhaust is a bit over kill for the setup but that's what my friend wanted and it gave me some good practice for when i do mine over the winter

Is this daily driven? Are your springs stiff enough to prevent the lower arm from hitting the pipe?

Should have taken some time in making the bumper cut more clean looking IMO.

The bumper was cut over a year ago by the owner at a different shop.

Also we took the car out for a spin over a bunch of bumps/turns and it doesn't hit, bang, scrape, rattle.. whatever. It is tucked really nice.

Well, what more of an assessment do you need? As long as the welds hold then good job man

Actually it isn't that bad.

And maybe there wasn't a need for it. But the car runs pretty well with it. Just would be nice if it was 4" the whole way up.

I would say that damn nice work...people in this forum are just use to clean beads as jdm parts are the only acepted on HT. Bottom line is if you go to a normal town shop you dont get clean work and your is nice. After all it is a exhaust. Only thing i dislike is the impatient cutting you did on the bumper...could get a dremel in there and clean it up still

I have 4" on my turbo car and I pretty much dd it and its way quieter than any 2.5 or 3" exhaust on an n/a car.

Turbo's are awesome mufflers.

You should get some stainless and make a piece for the bumper to fill in that hole. that would look nice.

i missed a chance to get a sound clip of it on the dyno the other day, it was pretty loud but sounded good... its gonna be awhile til i get another chance though, i think he is swapping out turbo manifolds for a full race one

My d15 beater's fartcan [came with it] fell off the other day, and its definately louder than my last EF, which was boosted with a full 3" with no cat and 2 straight-through resonators. Very raspy when NA, too.

I'm surprised how well the stock rubber holds that. It must be 18ga or something. I had to get autozone's ford-style rubber (2x the support) to hold my coupe's 3" up, but it also has a e-cutout and a 24" resonator after the shifter.

for your work!

A stainless trim peice would probably look nice (or at least better )

I think I can see one of your exhaust valves in this pic.

Looks like you got it tucked up well. Looks good and strong. Can't ask for any more than that. But really, is there a point to a 4" exhaust on a sub-700 HP car?
