Default rhd conversion

Does anyone know a good way to weld a firewall in. Iv got a millermatic with 030 wire iv been trying to plug weld with. Its just not working out right. Is there a trick to welding a honda the metal seems a bit odd...Like galvineal?

no its just really thin, i did bay shave and welded all the wholes shut by filling them. I remember a few threads on here like how-to;s to weld a firewall i believe. just search around bro.

dude .030 is huge wire for that. i use .023 when doing sheet metal. Make sure its clean too
