i am a first time owner and am having problems with a fluctuating idle. a friend of mine told me ith was the iacv. problem is... i can't find it!
pictures and/or diagrams as to the location or a tutorial would be more than helpful.

#2 in this picture below ......directly under the throttle body.
You might also consider cleaning out the throttle body [ring of crud around the throttle plate] Berrymans B-12 is a good cleaner for these parts.

Hi, this is the first picture I have found that even closely resembles my engine and throttle body.

My question though is whether the '99 IACV is in the same location on a '03 Accord 3.0L?

It appears as if it is but I just want to make sure.
