Default Lost engine power while driving, electronics still works

The car is 94 Integra LS.

It was a little weird today. Drove about 70 miles back from the place I went to and the engine suddenly lost power after a turn in town. The car was still in drive, but sluggish and only goes up to around 30 mph with the pedel half way down.

There was a smell of burning or some sort under the engine bay, suspect around the alternator area when the car is running.

Electronic still works on the car, was able to start the car a few times to test a few thing but unconclusive.

Few history on the car:

5 Months ago Timing belt and water pump was replace by a mechanic.
Brake pads and disc was replace by the same mechanic.
Brake Master cylinder and Brake booster was replace by me and my cousin 2 weeks ago. Brake works fine.

Few things suspecting:

Timing belt jumped? Misaligned and cause it to rub somewhere under the engine?

Brake booster trouble? Oil fluid got into throttle body via vaccum?

Need some pointer on what and where to start testing.

There are no engine light or any other light lit up on console.

I tested the alternator and voltage is fine from there.

hate to say it, it sounds like you jumped timing...it sounds like when the timing belt was changed the didnt tighten it down all the way...or the didnt replace the tensioner and it finially gave way.....does the motor make any tapping sounds like a valve tap or anything when you start it up? i guess it could be somethin else but thats what im thinkin happened

Check the car today and took it for a spin. The car runs perfectly fine today, so I am not guessing it's the timing yet. Fill the car up with fresh gas since when the problem happen I was at 1/4 tank. Last tank of gas gave me around 25 mpg city/hwy.

Someone mention about fuel filter clogged up?

i ran into a integ at work and had a similar problem and ended up been a eld. it finally set a code but i was never able to produce the problem but after performing the testing on it confirmed a failed eld.
as far as the timing belt been off their would be a cel and the car would run bad all the time not intermittent engine performance.
if the fuel filter is plugged or restricted it would be more noticeable on heavy load's

Just an update. I finally brought it to an acura dealer and have them looked at it. After 30 min of diagnostics, they told me it could be the main relay. So they said they can change it and see if there is still problem (providing they have checked everything else). Main relay is changed and so far nothing is wrong yet. But i still have trouble at occasion where I couldn't get the car started.
