I'm really close to getting a new yellow s2k but I want to know what you guys pay in insurance. I'm 23 yrs old with a clean record. What do you guys pay?

20% more than I did for a '90 CRX SI. Your insurance company can provide accurate quotes. Many companies will not insure an under 25 driver on a S2000 without a personal exemption from the policy underwriter. The agent may say yes, but the underwriter could say no.

I just got a quote of 1950 for the s2k. Thats less than I pay on my damn teg. The car is a go!

Peterson is right. I am 26 and pay $100 a month for full coverage plus mechanical insurance.

100 a month is nothing. My teg is like 2300 through Liberty Mutual, and on my parents policy! I got an online quote for the 1950, so there's a chance the underwriter will review that and cancel the offer? I dont think they can do that once I've paid upfront over the net.

My insurance was cheaper for my S2000 than it was for my 97 GSR.

Its not hard to be cheaper than an Integra. My friend's MOTORCYCLE insurance is cheaper than what I pay for my Integra
