Default coolant flush..

Does anyone have a write up they can post? I picked up 1 gallon of the Honda type 2 50/50 coolant. Will this be enough or do I need another gallon? Its for an 02 EX..

That's enough to replace the coolant in the radiator. I usually replace the coolant during a timing belt when I do a water pump. Removing the water pump removes most of the coolant from the block.
