what went here??? *JDM ITR FRONT BUMPER*

so i got a bumper from a jarco, and there are two holes on the bumper. one on each side.... wondering, what went there? i was kinda told its something where this thing sticks out and ur suppose to have like better vision or parking distance in japan.. i dont know.. but here are pix... if you know what goes there, show some pix of it and what it does

just do a search on google or stop by a local car audio retailer and they should have a kit. personally, i'd return that bumper for another one
