since 02 for me

 

here in NY we see that a bunch, and i hadn't really been too keen on it. but i saw it recently on a friends car (static cling) and i'm thinking about it myself now. looks pretty good, and would match my CTRs nicely.

 

will post a pic of mine once i get a chance to take one

 

Started around '00 after the "redding" phased out.

 

Its actually big thing in my small area of PA. I'm changing mine out shortly though for some eg sir corners

 

while the west coast does seem to set most trends...this is one that should stay there and die there.

my tails back in 03 they were too dark after i did them and i replaced them a few years back now i kinda want to redo some slightly lighter....

 

i did mine two years ago in autobody class and ever since then i notice a lot of cars in da ville with them.
