There ya go.. i think it's louder in person, but that should give ya a feel for the sound.

is taht the silencer that makes the rattling sound?

 

The silencer seems to quiet the good exhaust noise and add more rasp. Without the silencer it sounds alright until it starts to rasp a little though.

Remember that listening to a CD is nothing like being at a live concert. I'm sure if someone posted a soundclip of the Spoon N1 (which is notorious for being a loud *****...), it wouldn't sound as loud as it REALLY is. Disorder said it himself...he thinks it's louder in person than what the soundclips portray.

 

I don't like the sound of it. Sounds too raspy when it comes back down.

 

Type 1 is sold at A&J Racing. I love the type one exaust, great sound. great looks. Doesn't sound too bumble-beeish, sounds throaty and fast.

 

the sound clips don't do the exhaust justice for tone. in person the exhaust is LOUDER and the raspiness... i don't hear any raspiness at all. how loud is the exhaust??

without the silencer, roll down your windows on the freeway going 80. jump on the gas or let off the gas, you WILL NOT hear the wind. that's how loud it is.

the exhaust is DEEPER in person as well. althought video clips are nice, it only gives you a SMALL taste of what the exhaust really sounds like. my friends and i did our own little "mountain run". the exhaust note was AWESOME, everything i wanted with and without the silencer. gains are... great. nice pull, the car is more lively through the turns.

nice. is it an axle back or cat back? it axle back, does it have stock piping or custom?

 

He has the catback version. They do make an axle back version that bolts onto the stock b-pipe.
