Like the title said, does anyone know the offset of an 03 EP3 rim?

I searched through google, TireRack, various online Honda parts distributors, and called a local dealership; to no avail.

Can anyone help me out?

 

Did you look on the wheel itself? Sometimes it'll be stamped on there.

But chances are that it's a +45.
