if piston to valve clearance is already tight, imagine where you'll be with a set of these. can anyone say anything good about this idea? or lack there of.

it sounds like a good idea in one way. however its gonna add unneeded valvtrain weight and also like you said decress you P2V clearence. I would like to hear also what ppl think of these.

my first thoughts too. if i remember right SS valves also hold heat better than a standard OEM valve or equivalent. its been my opinion that unless your going FI theres no need for a SS valve.

He states on the auction that combined they provide a .5 raise in compression. That would mean that they would have to be an extra .25cc's. He also states that they have been tested in his race engine up to 10,5k RPM. But he doesn't mention anything about what pistons he used or any clearance issues. He does mention that you would have to use his valve springs though....... Can you say sales gimik!
I wouldn't spend $300 on a set of valves with a +0.5 raise in compression. I would much rather spend $250 and get a reliable set of Type S pistons for the +.5 compression.
The area 51 esque pics are probably hiding something. They look crude and unfinished IMO.

Wrong.
I actually bought a set of these valves and they're lighter than the stock OEM H22 valves! I weighed them and the stock valves and this is what I came up with...
Stockers:
IN: 52.7g
EX: 47.8g
DH-Racing:
IN: 49.0g
EX: 45.2g
Just thought I'd share
