Default 02 ( oxygen sensor ) pinout on the ECU OBD2a

I need to know which pins on the ECU correspond to the secondary (after catalytic converter) o2 sensor.

This is for a 96-98 OBD2a Civic EX

A diagram would be most appreciated.

no diagram, but there are the O2 wires and where they go.

O2 wire color(harness wire color) - end location
white(white/red) - D14
black(black/white or black/yellow) - 12V ignition
green(green/white) - D13
black(black/white) - A5

And this is for the after cat sensor, not the one in the header, right?

yes

the harness wire colors will tell you if it's correct.

cool, thans.
both of these should help.

the only thing, in the diagram, it mentions VX a few times, which was only produced as OBD1 model. Will this still work for OBD2 EX?

looks like the diagram is for OBD1...

it's all good.
I appreciate any and all help I can get.

Looks like I found most of the wires...

Secondary

D13 – SHO2/SG
Secondary Heated o2, Sensor ground
Wire color: red/yellow (d16y7)
Wire color: green/black (d16y8)

D14 – SHO2S
Secondary Heated o2, Sensor-2
Wire color: white/red

A5 – S02SHTC
Second o2 Sensor Heater Control
Wire color: black/white

Just one left, I think it might be D11, but I'm not sure.
I know you said it goes to 12V ignition, but if possible, I'd juch rather hook it up to the ECU than to something else.

SUCCESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I finished rewiring it.
After sitting in the garage for 18months, having a 5-spd conversion, vtec conversion and a bunch of others stuff done to it, it fired up on the first try!!!!

No check engine lights yet or anything

I just have to get used to the light weight flywheel, short shifter and stiff engine mounts.
