Default My UKDM shuttle (civic wagon) story

Right ho.....

I got my shuttle after a while of wanting one for a daily beater for maybe a year and never found one at the right price or right condition.

I actually gave up looking and brought a CRX which was fun but too small and it was recently sold, then I got a EA civic for a while which I still have but am going to sell.
I found the shuttle on eBay with only a day to go at a really low price but there were no pics so I emailed the seller for some and he sent me this....

So I bid straight away and got it for £132!! ($262)
It had a few very small dents but was totally rust free!

I had some BBS 14's off an old mk1 golf so I put them on while I searched for some JDM rims.

Now I know I needed to slam it, but this was going to have to be a budget, after all it’s not my main car. So I went for the cheap eBay coils
They did the job but the ride was very bad! Now I have some gas shocks on the way.

a few weeks of eBay hunting and I found my new rims, Black Racing Comps in the rare red and black with white lettering, once again a bargain of £125 ($248)

and this is how it looks now.

Next thing will be my new wheel

Pretty cool little rig you got there. The blue floor mats and fire extinguisher are cheesy though.

hahahaha, sorry it's just funny for an American to see the foreign lights getting swapped out for domestic garbage. I hate those corner lights with the giant ugly yellow reflector on it.

How much are you selling your old stuff for?

another update!

Right, as riding on standard shocks with egay coils all the way down has been like having sex with a fatty (bouncy fun untill your friends find out) I had ordered some gas shocks which finally arrived

so with a little help from Ezza.... well actully he did about 90% of the work as per normal

We binned the coil kit for just the springs and shocks

so now it scrapes the front mud guards!

And a random side street shot
