Default F/S - 1988 Honda CRX Si (IL)

This car has soaked up ridiculous amounts of my time and money, but I moved 1100 miles away from my house and couldn't bring it, and I think its probably just time to move on. I'm really not in much of a hurry to sell this car. It isn't costing me any money to sit in my garage. With that said, the Price is $3,200 Firm, or I would take less if you bring your own wheels. I have a lot invested here and I'm taking a pretty big hit. Not particularly looking for trades but I'll entertain offers if you feel like throwing them out. Please call 1-815-592-1229 with questions.

Engine / Drivetrain:
-34 MPG on my last full tank
-New OEM timing belt (2k miles ago)
-New OEM valve seals in Y8 head (Also pressure checked and solvent tanked)
-New OEM oil pan and valve cover gaskets, as well as spark plug tube gaskets
-Very Recent head gasket (while converting to mini-me
-ARP Head Studs
-New Piston rings / fresh hone
-Y8 Intake Manifold and Cylinder head, all wiring and connections/conversions are correct and complete.
-Megan Racing exhaust header
-No brand name catback exhaust (sounds very good and is not ridiculously loud or raspy / ricer sounding)
-Completely re-built Steering Rack with OEM parts
-New upper tie rod bushings
-Brand new battery with warranty in the glove box
-Oil always changed very frequently, and almost always run on 91 octane.
-MINI-ME swap (D16A6 bottom end with D16Y8 cylinder head and intake manifold)
-Head includes VTEC solenoid but the car is still running OBDO. Convert to OBD1 for VTEC to work. (ECU, Distributor)
-STILL HAS ALMOST A HALF TANK OF GAS! READY TO DRIVE!
Exterior:
-Car is lowered (not sure exactly how far) on what look to be ebay coilovers. The ride isn't bad at all. Stiff side to side, handles bumps pretty well, and does not bottom out rub the tires on the wheel wells.
-New front and rear OEM mudflaps (One Mudflap is currently not installed but will come with the car and attaches easily)
-Brand new OEM sunroof panel with new seal (painted black to protect it until it gets color matched)
-OEM antenna block off plate
-16x7 Rota Slipstreams (graphite metallic with silver lip) w/ Yokohama Parada Spec-II's (front-60%, rear-80%) Awesome tires!
--Wheels in overall great shape and have locking lugs (key included), Some wheels are starting to show spider cracking in the silver lip.
-90/91 CRX Si Tail Lights
-JDM amber Sidemarkers
-Single Bulb JDM amber corner lights
-Most paint is in very good shape for its age, hood and roof have suffered some expectable sun-fade. Bumpers have a few chips shown in pictures.
-Just washed it today!
Interior:
- RSX 5spd aluminum shift ****
- Brand new hatch support shocks
- OEM floor mats (not in perfect shape but they're still there)
- Dash, carpet, plastics - all in very good shape.
- Only issues are a few cracks at the top of the passenger door panel from sun (pictures)
- Drivers seat has typical honda damage, Passenger seat has 1 small seam that needs to be sewed and it will look perfect.
- No missing panels or pieces
-Has some sort of aftermarket alarm system, I believe its called HitRON - remote is sorta worn out
-Older Panasonic head unit, face is kinda screwy but its functional for everything i needed. Car needs speakers, still has 1 stock one to hold you over.
Things that need some work:
-sunroof lifts up and down for vent but does not slide back (I fixed this once but the gear slipped again... Not difficult to fix but it might need a new gear)
- front passenger turn signal has no plastic cover (<$10 fix, never got around to it)
-rear drivers side rear 1/4 needs a little bit of body work. I sanded the clear coat off to fix a Little bit of rust and a dent but never got around to finishing it (moved away). I have all of the supplies to fix it including a can of color matched paint from paint-scratch.com Besides this, the car is very clean and has Very little rust or need for work (originally came from california). Pictures will illustrate this issue. Black areas under gas lid and on edge of wheel well are the rust, covered in Rust Converter to protect them when i left.
-Has all a/c components but probably needs a recharge. I've never bothered to figure it out because i drive with the windows down.

Sell yours too so I don't have to ride in it 6 months from now and regret my decision.
We've rolled 2 deep through bradley in crx's already. It's time for an s2k and an nsx.

I've got an '89 Mustang GT. Runs mid 12's and gets pretty good gas mileage.
Let me know
