Default honda replaced my si tranny, but!

Honda 1st replaced the syncros. that did not solve the 3rd gear problem. than they gave me a new trans, all was well for a few days now 1st gear is very hard to shift out of and into. does anyone else have a stiff 1st gear? im just wondering whats the deal here! am I faced with a new problem? I sense some animosity from the Honda mechanic, I think because he has worked on my car a # of times and from what I understand he does not make as much money off warranty work as other jobs. IMO he is doing a sloppy job! I still have oil all over the back of my motor from the V/C gasket leaking then a Vtec solenoid started leaking so I had to have him fix that. when I got the car back, my + terminal batery cover is missing (broke off) and I am missing a good number of bolts and clips that hold the plastic part down under the windshield. the piece that needs to be removed to get to the top of the struts. im not sure what to do at this point I don't really trust them but am still having problems! sorry for the rant im just a little feed up at this point! anyone with a stiff 1st? LOL oh just to let you know the bill was $7300 but was coverd under warenty!

tell them that you expect Top notch service and all missing pieces need to be put back at no cost to you due to the fact that they broke / lost those parts during service, If failed to comply you will be talking to corprate. etc etc and besides to that i would suggest go to another honda place once they put all those parts and not let them service it!

Have them pay for the parts that are missing/broken, and take your car to another dealership.

Yea I agree with taking it to another dealer, thats just stupid if he is all pissed of at you because you take it for warranty work. Its not your falt they gave you a screwed up tranny. Any who you should have them replace all the parts and just go to another dealer. Who knows what he will leave out next, or what he will break/spill all over your engine.

Oh Sh*t what's up man? Yea I took it to absolute and they got it put in for me. The coolant hose Injen sent me was JUNK. They had to put a larger gauge hose on for me. It's loud as hell. Gonna take time to know if I like it or not. We'll see!
