Started dismantling my car today; bondo and paint work tomorrow...
i hope to have this done in a couple of months tops....
goodies in the works.
engine swap later in life.

yes sir i did recieve the center console...


the floormats were actual house carpet from the previous owner- they were glued downand there was nothing i could do about it-
working on gettin new carpet (i want brown; but all i can find is grey)...

the color will not be the same- complete color change....

are you going to be pulling any of the dents before adding all that filler, and what color are you going to paint it.

yes i will be pulling all dents- there are only a couple of major ones and some
rust on the rear wheel-wells... and just minor door dings through out...

it will be painted Midori green.

Mean while bondo sucks... i tapped/beat out the dents i could...
and did my first round of bondo.

Note to everyone: Wear latex gloves- hurts like hell pealing bondo
off your hands.. Uber Noob Status...








Waiting for first round of bondo to dry then sand and repeat...

no sir. brown ftw.

 

worked on car all day; got most of the bondo work done...
have to sand down the last coat and take the black paint
off the bottom of car (stupid 2-tone)...
then should be ready for primer...
then moar sanding
then paint...
then sexy time...

My brother finally showed up and helped me out a lot- he's done autobody and
paint before on his 87 crx...

anyways- as she sits tonight...










im hagared and hungover and havent showered in 2 days... basically im white trash...
