Help me figure out suspension issue...have symptoms available...
ok, a couple of months ago i was driving and my front left strut/suspension area started to make a sqeaking noise. i got out and pushed down on the strut and it did it, so i wd-40ed my suspension and it stopped until yesterday.
it does it worse now and to narrow it down, it also makes this sqeak sound when i drive 2-10mph on smooth surface while turning.
so is it lower ball joints or tie rods?? just had allignment 2 weeks ago

The tie rods and lower ball joints do move when the car turns, however probably not the answer. Does it do it with the car standing still with you turning the steering wheel? If so, get a buddy to turn the wheel and get down there and listen. If it only does it in motion then it could be the shock because the car is "rolling" whenever you turn and the shock is moving.
You could also spray item after item w/ WD40 until it goes away and obviously the last item sprayed is the problem....then you would need to grease the parts as WD40 generally only last a few days before it wears off.

Show take off the wheel and look at all your bushings...see which one is dried up...Most likely it's because of that...
