Default Need tips on how to apply stickers

I just picked up some Wht. Volk Te-37s for my ITR yes they are real but the dude I bought them from for some reason took the stickers off the spokes. My question is I'm going to get the sticker set and wanted to know how I should apply the stickers. Should I make some type of template or use a ruler and use some tape to mark spot. I just dont want to eye ball it. Should I take it to a body shop or rim place. I would lose sleep if somehow I would come out crooked. Also should I get the black or blue stickers my ITR is PY. Thanks in advance. I'll post pix later later.

First of all there pretty small so i don't really see how you can screw them up but here is one technique I used while installing even the largest decals:

1. Use a grease pen or a exbo marker and trace around the decal then take if off to see if you like the placement.

2. If you do. Place the decal back and tape one end to the rim. (blue painters masking tape works great for this).

3. At this point you can let it go and fold it over and peel the backing paper off and swipe the decal on. Use something flat like a drivers license to get bubbles out.

4. Wipe away your grease pen marks and your finished.

Hope that helped.
