Default 380hp @ 14psi Pump Gas -- SC61 GSR -- Mase Tuned

The key parts of the setup. . .

Gulf Breeze Marine built:
81.5mm GSR Block
CP 9.8:1 Pistons
Eagle Rods
ACL Bearings
98+ ITR oil pump
ARP Headstuds
Moroso Oil pan
All new oem gaskets & seals and water pump.

GSR Head:
01 ITR cams
Supertech valves,springs & retainers
Victor X IM Port matched + Hondata Gasket

Turbo:
SC61
SPoolin Log manifold
SPoolin 2.5'' IC Piping
SPoolin 2.5'' DP
Spearco Intercooler
38mm tial gate
hks ssqv bov

Misc.:
Precision 780cc Injectors + r-box
Tuned on Hondata S200 by Mase @ Stage6 Motorsports
Profec B Type-S Boost Controller

Motor had ~1000 miles on it. Car has A/C and PS. car made ~250hp off wastegate (7psi)

This is actually what the car is tuned on for daily driving (high boost)
-----

Thanks to:
Gulf Breeze Marine!
My brother Nick (1Bar GSR) for building the engine/car.
Steven and Mike for the countless hours spent helping build the car.

Brad @ xXx Motorsports for allowing my oil to 'lube up' his dyno, and letting all of us use his dyno for ~14 hours.
Mase, super nice guy and very good at what he does.

Quality sucks, Done with cameraphone.

Thanks, the car was meant to be killer on the street and daily driven ~50 miles a day.) he tuned 5 cars that day. I cant say enough about him, he took his time and was very patient. I know it had to suck with my open downpipe that echo'd in the garage haha. My car took 2 hours (had a couple issues, that we fixed while on the dyno). There are two cars that made a lot more power than mine. They will post theirs up soon.

with a boosted setup, absolutely a good idea to do valvetrain.

I wanted to keep the boost as low as possible but still make respectable power. hence the higher compression and itr cams.

There will be video's soon (not of dyno but of some runs between my groups cars).

i think a different turbo manifold would have really done some justice.. cause i think we made around the same power at the same psi...
if i remember right... i made:
352 on 11psi
398 on 16-17psi
437 on 20psi

but congrats, how does it feel to have it done? no dyno vids?

Yeah the limiting factor is the manifold, but If i goto a EL manifold i'm going to sacrifice a little mid-range, and lets face it 380hp spins 1st,2nd and the end of third on good street tires.

no dyno vids unfortunately, but we will have some street runs.

ya 380 is quite enough for the street... i'd hate to see what my car did on street tires... my car spins the hell out of my drag radials 1st-all of 3rd... though they are a couple years old and dried up, but i'm sure they probably hook better than street tires.... getting some brand new drag radials for my new polished slips and hopefully things will go a little better... my last fully built ls made 403whp but made lots of torque (342ft.lbs.) and it hooked pretty good with drag radials..

drag radials are the only way to go with the power we have

hah yeah, I'm hoping my bro will post his car soon. He spun slicks on the dyno during a 4th gear pull.

Good numbers although they seem low comparing them to mine with slightly smaller turbo. I made 416 on 15psi with a 60trim .63. Your turbo is begging for more boost...I want to see higher boost numbers!

Numbers look good...def. has more still in it. . Makes for a fun daily..especially if your driving ~50 miles a day; I drive ~115 miles a day to and from work

yeah theres no doubt that theres more in it with an EL manifold, but i'm quite satisfied with this number for now... long drives used to suck. they're a lot more enjoyable now.

The most i would run on the street would be this #. The engine could have handled 16-17psi and made over 400, but it would have just been for the dyno. This car is far from a dyno queen or show car lol.

The numbers he made with a larger turbo are awesome. You have a smaller turbo and its efficency is at lower rpms . Im guessing with 416 you were pushing that turbo. With sc61 he made good numbers and can upgrade his setup and continue to make the power as yours will surely fall off.

Anways joe the car sounds awesome and runs good! The power you made is awesome for the setup. Yes you could have done this different and changed this, but at the end of the day all the power your putting down now is all that will hold.
