Default lowering a 1st gen rex

hey guys, just a little confused about how to lower te front end of a first gen rex. its a torsion bar (or something) front end, and i cant figure out how to go about lowering it.

edit: anyone happen to know the weight of mugen cf-48s? 14"

i have a 1985 crx and it has intrax on the rear 1.5 drop and just lower the torsion bars on the front and i think u turn them counter clockwise

man i had a 86 civic and all i did was pull the torsion bars out and turned them then put back in so that i could un wind the height ajustment more u understand and for the back i just got some old springs form a auto recor and cut them good luck its really easy l8er
