I was looking at tires in tirerack.com and found these...Yokohama AVS ES100

Yokohama AVS ES100

Has anyone used them for auto-x or circuit? how do they compare to the azenis?

what prices did you find on those? what sizes do they come in?
what do they weigh? I know they have treadware of 280 trac of AA and temp of A but I'm interested in them...

These tires finally came out. I suggest you guys give them a try. Yokohama put on a ride and drive for all the shops in town that sold there tires 2 mos ago. They rented 5 v6 mustangs and put 4 different yoso tires on them and had 1 with teh stock goodyears. I forget the first yoko tire but they had avs sports, es100, a032. Obviously the A032 was the fastest but only .5-.7 sec ahead of the es100. This is on a course where the stock car ran 104-109. I was very happy with the way the es100 performed. They were .9-1.5 faster than the avs. Everyone I talked with really liked the es100.
