Now that we are a go... it's time to start planning.

I know there will be folks coming to the shop and leaving from there. I should have a little bit of room at my place if anyone needs to stay the night.

Our usual route is I-95 N up to SC where we meet up with the rest of the WTDR crew.

Where are you, where you coming from and at what point did YOU want to join the caravan?

I met Aquafina at his place in Johnson City last year so you can plan on us coming from the Knoxville/JC area. I definitely want to meet up with the rest of you guys.

 

I'm in Raleigh and the Wilmington/Eastern NC guys are coming through here.

 

I just roll up I-85.

You guys would probably meet up in Greensboro with the SE crew, I believe a lot of the Midwest guys (including me) will be meeting you at Aquafina's

 

Brad, probably I-95 to I-26 to I-77 up through Charlotte, and then up I-85. But I'll wait for others to chime in before a final route is decided.

 

what day are people planning on being at the track. I got there sunday evening last time, thinking maybe saturday night might be better. Have some time to relax after the 14 hour drive.

I want to get to the track around 1:00pm on Sunday if possible. Give plenty of time to unload, get the car ready for tech, relax, say hello to every, etc.

Friday the 6th should be doable for sure. Where am I flying to again? Orlando, Miami?

So who wants to do it up big and stay in the Lodges? Anyone want to go halfers on a room? No single king size beds you sickos, just twin doubles

 

I'll be coming from Miami with Ali. We are the only ones that I know will be coming from below West Palm Beach so far.

you could do 4 to a room with 2 doubles, share a bed, I don't mind, might be in if anyone else is up for it, otherwise I'm camping

 

Henry, you guys are more than welcome to come to my place a day early, or we can meet you in daytona around I-4 and I-95. it's up to you guys.
