Default Oem parts B18c with Pro1's

This is my daily driver.. Graph compares before tune, after tune, then cam swap and tune..

b18c1
pr3 pistons
arp head and rod bolts
skunk2 intake manifold
stock header
2.25 exhaust
custom length cold air with v-stack
a/c, power steering
rev springs and retainers
Skunk pro1 cams
310cc injectors
tuned with crome

going to test a header on it later today

blue=no tune..stock cams
red=tune with stock cams
green=tune with skunk pro1's

you should make a pass with open header so we can see the difference it would make vs. the 2.25 exhaust

vtec is at 6k...the jump in power and trq down low is from the cold air

red=stock header
blue=ebay 4-1




keep in mind...the graph with the stock header it was 50-60 deg outside...today its about 75-80

nice!

very interesting regarding the headers too. was the car re-tuned with the eBay 4-1, or was it just bolted on?

I remember running a ported out stock header on a B18c1 a LONG time ago, and it made a surprising amount of power and had great throttle response.

Where's the dyno of the said RMF narrow?

And the ebay header only added 2 whp and lost you torque from the stock mani?

the ebay head lost some mid range and gained from 7.5-9k
only 2 peak, but 7-9 hp up top

i didnt get a chance to test the rmf yet..i cant run the dyno past 7pm weekdays...and not at all on weekends
