Sqeaky noise when I start the car
sounds like your belt is slipping...there is also stuff called belt dressing...not recommending it cause i have never used it but it is supposed to take care of squeeky belts...
belt dressing won't do anything if the belt is too tight, or if the belt itself is junk. pop the hood and inspect the belt, look for cracks or missing ribs in the belt. Also, push down on the belt to make sure its not too tight. i'm not sure what the proper deflection should be off the top of my head, if you have a repair manual check that, it should say.
Is this the original belt? It could just be that it is time to replace it. I do recommend first checking the tension on it as suggested though (it does not cost anything other than a little time). Be careful not to overtighten the belt however. People occasionally tighten it until the noise goes away (temporarily), but wind up damaging the bearings of the alternator and so on because of too much tension.

sounds like my belt is squeaking when the engine is cold, but goes away after warming it up.
Does this sound like the timing belt?
(oh god i hope not)

if the car is running fine other than the squeaky belt, then you are OK
if your timing belt was off car would run like crap if at all

Timing belts do not squeak, they are tung and grove. If it's squeaking it won't be long before it breaks or you find yourself with a few bent valves.
The 95 Accord has two belts, the Alt / AC and power steering. There are two adjusting points one is on the bottom side of the alternator and the other is on the top mount of the power steering pump. There is no fan belt on the 76-08 Accords. (electric fans) Belt dressing is a waste of money just replace the belt or make sure the belt has proper deflection
Power steering deflection between pulleys
13 - 16mm (.5 - .63 inch) used belt
11 - 12.5mm (,43 - .49 inch) new belt
Alt & A/C deflection between pulleys
8 - 10.5mm (.31 - .41 inch) used belt
5 - 7mm (.20 - .28 inch) new belt

Good post. The deflection specification is more precise than the old "about a finger" guide.
When replacing the belts, remember that they should be checked and readjusted as necessary after a week or two because new belts commonly stretch a little bit.
The only possible squeak that a timing belt can make is not actually the belt itself, but the pulley on the tensioner which has gone bad. Normally, that noise will not go away.
