Taken from the EF squad thread. No, I am not a member.
Directions on how to get on the list:
Please start out by making a separate thread in the Appearance/Cosmetic forum and post pictures of your hatch and a brief summary of your modifications list. We will then go ahead and discuss your hatch and it's potential it has to represent the Squad and we will get back to you. Keep in mind this all goes back to you being an active member so don't think that just because you have a clean hatch automatically makes you an official Squad member. Once you get the approval we will ask you to purchase the Squad sticker to show us that you are committed and willing to represent the Squad. You must purchase the Squad sticker the following week of your recruitment, as rough as that sounds it has to be mandatory for every new Squad member.

you apparently don't understand.:
"Please start out by making a separate thread in the Appearance/Cosmetic forum..."
if i were you and wanted to become an EF squad member, i'd use the search function and see how other members laid out their threads in appearance/cosmetic. then i would add all the relevant information that the squad requires. finally, i'd copy/paste the new thread title and post it in the EF squad thread asking for the team members to review your thread. i also wouldnt refer to my car as an EF9 if you in fact have an ED.
