the way home i stopped got gas popped the hood.. no air filter ..k

heres a little after, i bought wheels like a day after i got it.

here it is now i fixed the rust and put on skunk2 sport shocks and coilovers and added red pinstripe, not bad but i plan on getting the jdm frontend to make it look better, but till then it like this.

Hey bro, how do you like those sport shocks? i have some skunk2 coils also and i was debating on which ones to get. it was a toss up between the skunk2's or the tokico blues. i dont have alot money and they both are in my $250-300 dollar price range.

Nobody should ever say either. Good starting car. Search, find what YOU like, and do it.

I say its an excellent start to an awesome project!
I would like to know where you got the wheels and how much you paid for them? They may be a cheap name, but they actually look pretty good on that car! I may want to find a set for mine.
Otherwise, good luck with the build and keep us posted.
Oh by the way, it looks like in one of the pics that you need a new left rear window seal... may want to look into that.

i would go with skunk2 but thats me and its the only upgrade i had with shocks..and rides alot smoother with the coilovers than having stock shocks, and EFHATCHMAN.. the window was open if that was what you were looking at. and for the wheels i paid only 250 with 2 good tires. but i bought them a friend.

No, i was talking about the 6th picture down, the left rear quarter glass looks like it is recessed further in the window opening that it normally would be. Maybe its just the angle of the pic... i wasnt tryin to pick on you or anything, it just kinda caught my eye.
So are you planning to keep those wheels or???

wow
remids me of when i got my crx with its primered, lumpy hood (which it still has)
i do think you should lose the pin stripe though....but thats just my opinion. You should keep it if you like it.

Good start. Dumped to the floor looks nice. But you scare me with the no filter comment. Does this mean you bought the car without ever looking under the hood?

Also the pinstripes look good just not on stock 90-91 cars. Or the crx for that matter. If you want pin stripes get 88-89 moldings and bumpers and color match the bumpers to the car.

Jeez, I wouldn't pay $900 for that EF. $500 tops.

Even that is being generous.

I got mine for $400 and it was in a billion times better condition than that.

Did you finance the wheels?
